SHIPPING

Purchases will be shipped within 4 days of purchase (excluding custom orders). 

We ship with everything with Canada Post. Regular shipping does not include insurance or tracking. If you are interested in a tracking number please contact us before purchase and we will adjust the shipping price.

SHIPPING PRICES

Canada: $9.00 flat rate

U.S. $9.00 flat rate

International: $12.00 flat rate  

SHIPPING TIMES

Within Canada:
Generally 1-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days.

U.S.A
Generally 4-10 business days but can take up to 14 business days. 

International
Shipping times vary from country to country, but can be anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks. If you would like more precise details, please contact us, or check www.canadapost.ca. 

PLEASE NOTE
Anything shipped outside of Canada CAN be held by customs, and CAN incur extra charges. This is rare but can happen! We are not responsible for any extra charges or wait times.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, do not hesitate to contact us!

In the case of refund or exchange we do not cover return shipping costs, and do not refund original shipping.
